Have you tried litecraft.co.uk ? We are lucky as we have a local store to visit too, I have picked up some great buys at really reduced prices. We have a sputnik light and a moon light, both of which were under £200 but retail for nearly 4 x that amount. Lamps are hit and miss - but always worth a look. Also, try Dwell - again hit and miss but they do some really nice stuff although lighting section is small. Finally, try M&S - you'll be plesantly surprised! What style do you usually go for? What room is it for?

I would recommend Christopher Wray for really different and good quality lighting.
The products and designs are very good, but you do pay for it. Wait for the sales.
Another shop I would look at is John Lewis. Always good quality and more affordable than Mr Wray.
