Oh I have the identical difficulty!! I do not advise perms in view that the chemical substances are quite unsafe! Your different choice is to make use of a curling iron with a thick barrel (a million.five"). I understand you stated you wouldn't have time however this process takes 10 minutes and is effortless. Spray your dried hair with a few middle protectant and divide it into five-eight gigantic sections. Apply a few wax at the period. Starting just about the roots, wrap the hair across the tong and preserve it in a vertical role for approximately 10 seconds. Release the hair from the tong and preserve it at the same time it cools (or use a pin to maintain it rolled at the same time to visit the following segment). When the hair is completed and funky, run your palms on your hair to damage the gigantic curls into smaller ones and spray a mist of hair spray! Voila!

Shampoo and condition with Herbal Essences Totally Twisted. Shampoo every other day, but condition every day.
When you come out of the shower, towel dry your hair. When it's kinda damp, rub in some curling gel from Garnier Fructis ($2) and twist your hair in curls using your fingers.
Of course you have to comb your hair!

I've used this one at least 5 times for an answer and people loved it. It will create great waves/spirals.
Wash your hair using a curl-enhancing shampoo/conditioner, like Herbal Essenses Totally Twisted.
Take small sections of hair and twist them until the twist round itself to create a chain-looking thing. Pin it to head and sleep on it. In the morning, remove slowly and uncurl the strand. Shake a few times with your head upside down to loosen the curl.

take your favorite gel and rub it through your hands the turn your head upside down and crunch it. It works great for me and it looks like it's wet all day but it's not it's just the gel
