When she sees other cats hanging around, she attaches her body and tail to the ground, while tail is around her left side of body. In short, it seems that she tries to minimize her body so that the others can't see. Is this a normal reaction when cats see other ones or implies some certain feelings and attitudes?

She is hiding and trying to avoid a fight. She probably watches the other cat as long as she can see it, maybe even follows it to another window to track it. If she wanted to fight she would be more upright and animated. One of our cats (ours are all males and not very sociable with other cats) make the most horrible yowling sounds when he sees another cat through the window, its kind of unnerving if we are watching TV at the time.

It sounds like she's in a defensive position, pressing her belly to the ground so the cats can't get at her weak spots. It just means that she's submissive and little nervous around other cats, which is normal since they're usually solitary animals.

Exactly right - She is minimizing her self and doesn't want to be seen. She'd rather avoid an interaction and a possible fight than be seen. Normal for many cats, especially females.

That's normal for cats. When I brought a new cat into our house my other cats arched their backs and puffed up their tale to make themselves big. I guess your cat is doing the opposite. She is probably trying to hide so the other cats won't do anything to her.

Hope this helps!

kerriwyn is right. You're cat is displaying stalking behavior, used when territory is threatened or when they are hunting.

Sounds like she's nervous and going into stealth mode. Ready to attack. :)
