We are taking our four year old. She has been to Disney World and loves it. The Disney Cruise website has quoted me at $1483 for 2 adults and a 5 year old for August 2008, can anyone beat that price or know where I can get a discount?

You should definetly go on the cruise. I went on the 7 night disney cruise to the caribbean, and it was amazing. The disney cruise line may be more expensive than others, but it makes up for that in service, size of the staterooms (which are alot bigger than other cruise lines),food, and activities. The time I spent on that cruise was the best week of my life. There is a kids room where your 5 year old can play, and there are characters that you can get your picture with.

I was making booking for Oct 2008. I found better prices on http://ytbtravel.com/dtourtravel Option :Cruise, select Disney Cruises Lines and you are going to find many options (around seven). Check that site, better prices, including taxes!

Anyway, you can do both things at the same time. They have an option 3days on Cruises and then prepare a package with 4 days on DisneyWorld or 4 and 3. They sales the tickets for Disney and other Themes Parks.

I would like to include you the prices that I found, but I think is against the Yahoo rules.

The kids love the Cruise and the park too. Don't worry. For them, the Cruise is amazing!
Good Luck!

I have heard great things about the Disney Cruise! I know several people who have gone on one with them and not a single person had a complaint! They all loved it! Because you already went to Disney World, maybe you could try doing something different. I also know there are more adult things to do on a cruise, rather than if you were just at Disney Land. Also, they have special packages where you can do both - a couple of days at the park and a few days on the cruise! Here is a sample of one that I found at Disney's website: http://disneycruise.disney.go.com/dcl/en_US/cruises/landing?name=7NightLandAndSeaVacationLandingPage. Also, you can try Orbitz, Expedia, etc. for cheaper prices.

i would go on a 4 day disney cruise and then 3 days at disney world in florida. Sounds like the best of both worlds. there are fan websites out there which can describe all about disney cruises and DW. best wishes.

I have been on the Disney Cruise and to Disney World.
Being she is only 4 years old - I would suggest JUST the cruise and not the land and sea adventure - as this would be overwhelming for her. You will enjoy the cruise- they have separate areas just for kids her age to play.
