I cant find Maiden name for Elizabeth Hilton B:1805 Sedgefield, Durham?

PS: Some of you need to reread the question. It clearly states that Elizabeth was born in 1805 and JOHN was born in 1808.

In your question you say that Elizabeth was born in 1805, but that she married John Potts Hilton in 1808, if you could just clarify for us, I am sure someone will find the answer for you.

The dates for birth vs marriage are incorrect, unless she was 3 yrs old when married. The best I can discern is that her maiden name could have been STOKER. No proof, but the name comes up randomly.

I looked on ancestry.com and there are several mentions of her and her children, but none with a maiden name. (Perhaps her maiden name was Hilton? Cousin marriage was pretty common at the time.)

There are several members of that family married into the Kemp and Godley families, but no evidence that she's either.
