Best load for a 16ga. for dove season?

Side by side. Improved and mod. cylinder.
Any suggestions. Average distance but fast flying along power lines.

The dove is a small bird compared to most, which means smaller internal organ.
The idea is to get as much shot in the air with an affectife patern over the distance you choose to shoot.
7s & 8s 28grm through the above chokes will give you a killing range of up to 30yards.
Choose a 30 or 32grm you may get a little further.
For anything further i would be wanting a tighter choke
