I have the Skeptics Annotated Bible bookmarked; and that has links to Biblical references for specific situations. It's useful as a reference (although I'm usually using it to argue against Christianity instead of in favor of it.)

Good point.
I have a reserve of scripture in my head. I can't quote it verbatim, but often I'll go to biblegateway.com and search for what I'm looking for (it has a Yahoo!-like search engine).
I rarely quote scripture on here unless I'm answering a questioner who has acknowledged an acceptance of the Scriptures as an authority. It would be pointless for me to cite Scriptural references if we can't agree on the authority of them. So, generally, I state my opinion, respectfully, and hope that the answer will be received with equal respect. I think we can all learn a lot from one another in that manner.

Personally, I've been reading/studying the Bible for most of my life so I know where to find a lot of pertinent scripture. I never took time to learn how to cut & paste & usually don't post long answers. I give honest answers to questions in a polite manner.

I think most of the people on here simply copy paste from various websites they like, although at times I wonder if the person has even read what they are pasting. Honestly, some of my longer answers I typed, at times because it came from my heart, sometimes simply because I didn't know how to copy/paste:D

Personally, I don't have a reserve of scripture, other than the bible. I have it in two forms paper and electronic, but they are both just KJV of the bible, nothing else. I don't believe in books other than the bible, and the bible is the only book I own, and I have two paper bibles, one in my purse along with my electronic bible, which I carry wherever I go, and the one I keep in my bedroom. If you have it written on the tables of your heart, and have read it cover to cover as many times as I have, you don't need programs.

I don't, but sometimes wish I did have ready answers that I could simply cut'n'paste. So many of the same questions for sure.

I'm 39. My parents started me memorizing Bible verses at age 5. Most of them, I still remember.

I think so.
Some fundamentalists don't know how to critically think, so they just merely cut and paste, and sometimes it isn't even scripture.
