A lot of times after I do a a great amount of excercise for a certain amount of time I feel like vomitting. Is there anyway to prevent that from happening? Does it have anything to do with my posture or my breathing?

It also happens during my fitness classes in school. We have to reach that certain amount in class so.. I can't really stop or lighten the amount of excercise anytime I want.

And no I don't eat before I do excercise so I'm pretty sure that would not be the case.

Vomiting is a serious sign of overworking your body. Take it several steps back, if your working out that hard, your stressing your body way past it's limits. Go easy......
If it's something else, as in exercising after eating or doing 'something' before exercising, whichever routine you have that causes you to get the vomit feeling, change it up and see if you can pinpoint the cause of it.
It doesn't have to do with your posture or your breathing, it's the exertion your putting on your body that is causing you to feel like this.

it probably has more to do with what you're eating before the workout.
You need to eat light before a workout... wait at least 3 hours after any large or heavy meal.
A pre-workout meal should be about 150-200 calories, and should have a 4:1 ratio of carbs to protein. (4 grams of carbs for every 1 gram of protein).
Also don't drink anything but water or a sports drink within 3 hours of starting your workout. Milk is especially bad to drink just before a workout.
It is also possible you are pushing yourself too hard. Many people will vomit as a result of being overheated and/or overworked during a workout. But since you said you feel nauseous AFTER your workout... it's probably just what you're eating prior.
Nausea is also a sign of dehydration as well as hypernatremia (water intoxication). If you stomach does not have enough water to digest the food in your stomach, it will start to cramp and you will feel nauseous or gassy. If your stomach has too much water in it, your body will attempt to expel the excess water.
You should weigh yourself immediately before, and immediately following your workouts. If you weight more after the workout than you did before it, you drank too much, drink less next time. If you weight less, you didn't drink enough, drink more next time.

You should probably check with your health care provider. This is not a diagnosis but it could be issues with acid reflux. Posture might have an impact as well as breathing depending on the position your in. Try taking antacids such as Tums or Rolaids. It might ease some of your symptoms. Good Luck!

You're probably working yourself to hard. Take it a little easy, don't drink too much water during it and don't work out right after eating.

WTF - WHEN are you exercising ? After meals or something.
You should never have nausea after exercise - except perhaps after being laid up for a few months. Otherwise, during ongoing exercise, I NEVER have nausea.
How would you quantify your exercise ? I'm getting my fitness back & can only burn about 700 calories per hour on the treadmill.
But I'm betting there's never a benefit to pushing yourself to the point of nausea in exercise - you're going to pay for it, eventually.

this used to happen to me after i got my gym membership. you need to take it slow first. excercise as often as you do now, just go a little easier on your body. every week or so, increase your workout. good luck.
