My father is driving me nuts because he belives that the end is coming?

In 7 years he's turned from a skeptical atheist to god fearing christian. I have done a lot of research on the so called apocalypse and most scholars agree that it happened a long time ago. How can I calm him down ?

Jesus even said it Himself that He doesn't know only His Father knows. So that is evidence that no one in this world can predict His second coming. Some people sit around waiting for that "thief in the night" to arrive instead of getting ready and preparing themselvs for Jesus' arrival. You should live life like it's your last day but also plan for tomorrow.

I beg of you to accept Jesus in your life today if you haven't before it's too late. Those who don't will be thrown in the pit of fire along with satan in the end. It's wonderful that your father now knows that Jesus is the Way the Truth and the Light. Don't fall prey to what those scholars say. Don't you want to live in heaven with Jesus for all eternity? Remember "Father knows best".
