In my job, I am the "Office Manager", which includes the usual. But lately I have been so put down in snide ways, like my boss saying "You're so young and immature, you just don't know what you're doing yet." I have been here nearly half a year, and have messed up NOTHING. They have also had me cold calling businesses, and working manually in 100+ degree weather. Is this something I should actually be upset about or am I just being, ahem, "immature"?

Attitude and perceived attitude is my guess along with not a team player, this from only what you posted. Since I do not know the whole story it is just a summation. As an office manager you should be setting an example for the others, as in a company person willing to do what is needed for the betterment of the team as a whole. I believe this is what he is alluding to.
