I went to school with a person who I suspect is my sister. I believe we have to same father. Is there such a test. I would like to know. Also, is there a test that can prove I am somebody aunt?

Yes you can get the test... but before you do it why don't you think about what you are actually doing. You are saying that dear old dad was having an affair. Maybe he was and no one knew... maybe he was and it almost broke up your parents marriage... and then of course maybe he wasn't. Maybe the person just look similar to someone you know.
I can guarantee that when you start poking your nose in this area your only going to end up with a lot of hurt feeling from all sides.
So unless you and this mystery girl were planning on getting married and having kids... what difference does it really make? Better yet even if you and the mystery girl were going to get married, don't do it. Just walk away if you think your related. Your parents past is their own, if they want to share it with you they will.

Yes, research it on google. I helped my friend who was one of the Lost Boys of Sudan find the information so when he goes to visit Sudan he can see if he has any siblings alive. They can test sibling to sibling. I'm not sure about aunt relations. Look under "sibling dna test".

yea there is such a test...they can do a skin scrape from inside ur father's and the girl who u suspect is ur sister's mouth...they will be able to tell if she is ur sister or not...
