Do u know what a cavalier King charles spaniel is?

i love them! i already have a four year old and am getting a new puppy this friday!!

duh its a dog...but do u know about the cavaliers and what they look like?

Yeah, its a dog that looks similar to a small cocker spaniel. they have a great temperment! They are playful and great lap dogs! They usually come in four different colors, a ruby which is completly red (it turns to a more brownish red), a blenhim which is white with the same red as the ruby, a tri-color which has some tan, brown and white and a black and tan which as the color indicates is black and tan. I have seen a black one but those are more rare to find. They are usually very petite but they can some times be a little bigger. My family owns 2 cavaliers, one is a ruby and one is a blenhim. One of them is only about 12 pounds while the other is about 22 pounds! so they really can vary in size. Everyone i know who has a cavalier adores them! they are fantastic dogs to get! Their faces are different from a cocker spaniel. They have a lot of feathering on their body which can easily get into snarls so they have to be brushed on a regular basis. They are truly great dogs to have though!
