All right. The easiest one I can think of off the top of my head is.... Windows Media Player!
Unless you detest microsoft, I suggest you use it. Just open up the program, click on the "Rip" tab, insert the CD, and it should show up there. From there, just click on "Start Rip". You can also configure the format in which it is ripped from your CD. (The default is probably .wma, you can change that under "Tools" --> "Options" --> "Rip Music").
Overall, it's easy, fast, and virus-free.
