Your life blows, and my life sucks. Our lives are a couple of whores, aren't they?

The reason you should thank God for life is because He is the Author and Finisher and the Creator of all things. Just like you thank your mother for making your bed , everyday you should thank Jesus for giving you life and that bed to sleep in. Count your blessings and you'll be surprised at how much you have to thank God for. We are here one day and gone the next so thank Him now before it's too late. We have done nothing to even deserve the air we breath yet God loves us so much that He looks pass our faults and gives us all new life each and every morning.Do you see the birds outside? Even they praise the Creator. It says in the Bible that even the rocks will cry out and thank the Lord if we don't. So consider the Lillie's of the field. Life is what you make it so make your life worth living for. And the only way to do that is to not live for yourself but for Jesus Christ, the One who died so that you might live.

Someone probably has it worse than you. If your life blows then why not ask God to help you improve it? God wants to help and all that's needed is for you to ask. So try it, things can get better and you can be thankful.

Because you make it blow. He gave you life rather than not letting you exist, and instead of being grateful, you complain that you are making a mess of it? How about turning over to Him, and obeying Him. In Christ your life has meaning, and apart from Him, no matter how successful you might eventually make it, it will blow, as you put it, eternally. Your life is His, and if you are living to glorify Him you wouldn't be asking this selfish question.

You're life probably 'blows' cause you don't thank God enough for what you've already got. Good or bad, we should always be grateful. God knows best. Period. He knows what to put us through and when to do it. For example: When we ask for money, He may take some away to see how we'll react to the loss. If we're pissed off and turn away from Him because of our selfishness and plain stupidity, He obviously won't give us anything cause of it. The opposite MAY be true too....although its obviously totally up to Him to give or take away. What I do know is that if you trust Him COMPLETELY, He'll see you're effort and honesty...and He WILL reward you! I promise!!

It not the circumstances of your life it's how you react to the circumstances that determine your life. If you have an attitude of life sucks then it does. If you have an attitude of things can only go up from here then it will. Just thank GOD you are alive, the only other alternative is 6 feet of dirt in your face.

Consider reading up on the concept of suffering....search it online. Perhaps you are doing good in the world by the problems you have. It is not an easy idea to understand or accept, especially when it seems like everyone/everything is against you, but, maybe if you look at it as "helping" ease the pain that Jesus feels for all the badness in the world?

Your bad attitude is what "blows" not your life. Anyone with a computer and internet access - their life isn't that bad. There are poor people who are starving all over the globe who have no idea what the internet even it is. They just want some food or health care. Adjust your attitude.

How badly does your life blow, if I may ask?
In any case, you must thank God for what is positive in your life. Maybe he has a different plan in mind for you now.

Your alive: God does not promise life to be a rose garden. If your life blows, how much of it is your own doing?

You must thank God cause he gave his only begotten son Jesus to die instead of you that you might have everlasting life sometimes our own mistakes make us suffer so we must not always blame God cause he really love us if he didn't then why did he gave us his only son?"Also what would say about the people with ''special needs'' that although they don't look like others they still thank the lord that they live!
