I know it's never safe, it's always a Risk. Yet, hypothetically thinkin....how long should I guy be separated from his wife before one can consider dating him? Plz note that some people are actually separated for years & not necessarily divorced, I'm one of them :) just curious, all r welcome!

I would think two years before considering a serious relationship

You should always wait until you are divorced and it is finalized so that the other party cannot turn things around and say you caused it by cheating on them. However, it very rarely happens that way. I would say if you are separated for at least 6 months to a year you should be safe.

my rule was to never ever date a separated man. Too much drama, too much baggage. And they still don't know if they're over their ex's when they're just separated. Just my two cents.
