Yes. You have an obligation and responsibility to your employer. What your boss does has nothing to do with you. While your boss may not be setting the best example, he is still the boss. You are not. When you get to be the boss and have no one to report to but yourself, you can be on R&S all you want. Right now, get to work.

It might depend on what your job is. If it keeps your boss from
making a lower or no profit then I would think your cheating
your boss, then yes it is sin.

Your boss is responsable for his own sin'n... sin is any act against The Word and Will of God... if you are not of The Chrurch then don't worry about it... if you are of The Church... then, yes you are sin'n.
