Well, actually, you may not need to lose weight at all. Because muscle weighs more than fat. And you might have bigger bones. And you may be tall. So all of that may put on more weight, even though really you're fine.
But i;m asuming you mean that you want to lose fat. That's pretty difficult, if you eat right and exercise. What I suggest is that you go on a small diet. Do NOT starve yourself. All you have to do, is eat smaller portions of whatever healthy food you're eating. So never over eat, and always keep yourself satisfied with what you're eating. Also, about 20 minutes after meals, or at the end of the day, do 100 sit up each day.
Here's an exercise tip- If you're doing an exercise, say, push ups, do one more than you can. So if you do 12, and the twelth one is hard, do one more. Practice AT LEAST 20 minutes a day. Or, until you've been seating for some time. (Some time is not 15 minutes)
Hope this helps! Sorry this is so long!

Losing weight is a slow process, if done in a healthy manner. Takes ages.
13 is too young for anything drastic. But GOOD that you are conscious, later it will be more difficult to control weight.
Exercise will make you hungry. Eat fruits and salads.
Sugar in any form increases weight faster than anything. So cut down sugar completely. Is better to take carbs for energy. Proteins give energy too. Also remember they are high calorie. So eat judiciously. You do need protein for growth .
Keep eating right and work out. Do all abs exercises. It will help weight around mid region. And take rest once a week. You will lose steadily.
I wish you best.

I'm glad you want to do it the healthy way. All I do is eat 5-6 small meals a day. Keep out the junk like chips, candy, and fast food. One of my meals might be something like a triple decker pb+j, or 2-3 hard boiled eggs. For a girl that's 13, you might want to stick with just a 2 slice pb+j and 1-2 eggs. This will greatly increase your metabolism. Also, make sure you eat first thing in the morning, because it's bad if you fast all night long, but it makes it worse to wait to eat breakfast. Do cardio at LEAST 30mins a day 4x a week. This includes jogging, dancing, swimming, and high heart rate sports (e.i. basketball, soccer). I'm glad I could help. Email me for more.

if you exercise right after waking up, your body will burn more fat because you haven't eaten all night long. remember to drink A LOT of water! the key to weight loss is drinking lots of water because it will fill you up.
for breakfast, try protein or water-filled fruits (like melon) that will fill you up and not leave you hungry. NEVER skip breakfast. if you want to get protein without all the fat, try fat-free yogurt (really good with cereal or fruit) or meatless vegetarian products, such as boca and morningstar farms products. being a vegetarian, i'm a huggge fan.
instead of three big meals, try smaller amounts and add in healthy snacks. this keeps your metabolism going and your calories burning all day long.
it's not too bad to eat before going to bed; it'll keep your metabolism going. just don't binge and make sure it's healthy. fruits and veggies are a must!
as for exercise, look into pilates. increase your cardio and remember to work your muscles (but NOT every day). remember, the more muscle you have the more calories you burn. instead of lying on the couch to watch tv, try walking/jogging in place or on a treadmill if you have one or doing crunches.
good luck and hope this helped!! ; )

Are you eating protein for breakfast?.
Do you stop drinking 1/2 hour before meals, and then not drink for 3/4 of an hour after the meal?
Do you drink 64 oz. of water (not tea, coffee, of soda) a day?
Do you refrain from drinking any carbonated beverage?.
Do you chew each bite 20 times and wait 5 minutes between bites?
Do you avoid snacks between meals?
If you answered No to any question than that behavior is a suggestion to help you loose weight

you say you want to lose weight the healthy way, but the fact that you are obsessed with it is the most unhealthy of it all. At least throwing up your food, you are being active. All you are doing is complaining. Get off the computer and run. I promise that will do it. IF NOT, do what chesty says... throw it up.

your only 13! you shouldn't be worrying about your weight now.. there's nothing else you really can do besides eat right and exercise. But every 3500 calories you lose is one pound. Keep doing what you are doing.. and you'll probably lose more.
