Psalms 78:34 and if so.....why?

Sometimes that is the only thing that gets man's attention.
In verse 22 it says God did this "because they believed not in God, and trusted not in his salvation." God had just brought these stiffed necked Israelites through a divided sea. He had parted an entire sea for them and they forgot God's works and they had forgotten God's commandments. They were mumbling about wanting to eat meat so God gave them meat to eat from the feathered fowls of the sky, but while their meat was in their mouths, the wrath of God came upon them and slew the fattest of them, and smote down the chosen men of Israel. For all this they sinned still, and believed not for his wondrous works, but when He slew them, then they sought Him.
They provoked God in the wilderness and grieved God in the desert.
That is what it will take for America! She is getting wake up call after wake up call, but she is a stiff necked people.

If someone slew my friends and family, I'd be seeking them too...to even the odds.
Please don't be one of those crazy Christians that think their belief system is a battle and warrants violence against nonbelievers.

Because violence is the root of all religion except Pastafarianism, Crocoduckism and Atheism and Satanism. And Paganism. Did i mention IPUism?
