Get a regular trim every 2 months and use Herbal Essences Break's Over Strengthening Leave-In Creme. It works great!

yeah trim it.. if you dont want to have shorter hair just take section by section and trim off a centimeter at least.
i used Forever Long Intestive treatment or whatevr .. its in a blue tube by marc anthony and it helps treat split ends even though appearantly the only way to get rid of them is to trim your hair but this seems to be working .. and go easy on the curlers/straightners if you use em

get a haircut . be sure to use conditioner a couple times a week and cut back on the hair styling products (including hair drying) to slow them from splitting again

have reasent hair trims, every 6-8 weeks, and try a leave-in conditioner that repairs split ends, it sud say on the bottle what it does.

i was in the same boat a while ago...the only things you can do are either to stop using damaging products on your hair or start using a leave in conditioner and get your hair cut or trimmed. good luck.

Try getting a nice trim. My hair has lots of frizzies and every time I get it trimmed it's much better.

get an olive oil spray and the olive oil creme and when done with taking a shower put the creme on your hair and the spray or when you have braids put the spray on your braids and it really really works i use to have a lot and now i dont also because i didnt want to cut my hair so i used it and it worked so try it

use moisterising shampoo and conditioner. If you need to do a hot oil treatment then shampoo and condition. Sit under the dryer or you can cut it until all you hair is even

and Try to avoid too much hot ironing and flateners.
