the background.. like you know how u can alter the picture to make it look more interesting like older style or bring out the colours more. basically things u can do on photoshop when you alter a photo?? hope i made sense =)

but ısnt there lıke a camera that can actually take them black and whıte and ı can just get them prınted lıke that

Blurring the background can be done by using a larger aperture (f-stop) such as f2.8 or f4. Using a short (100mm) telephoto also helps.
Some cameras also have a setting for black & white or you can do it in Photoshop.

Most cameras these days have those functions, so you'll have to be more specific.
Edit: Hello...., just change the color setting. Most cameras have these options.

you can do that with any camera's pictures if you have the right software ,like photoshop. most cameras do come with picture editing software.
