Because Christians and catholics are brain washed and only focus on Jesus. Because mostly they don't have any intelligence on the matter of religions. they choose to believe there is one god. choose to believe there is only one Jesus Christ. The only of his kind. like for example Egyptians had Horus. did basically did everything that the bible said that Jesus did. It is special because that's the widespread belief now because. Christianity and catholics are the most popular religions out there. So believe what the book tells them. They don't bother looking at facts. They don't bother to look at religions from the past. Simply because that's what they where brought up to believe. They don't dare to judge it . Because they are afraid of god. there afraid of hell. They are not free they are enslaved into this religion because how brain washed they've become.Jesus is not special jesus is a personafication of the sun.the 12 stars of constellations of the zodiac are personafication which gives us the 12 diciples.

Jesus was following Joshua's path... Everything that was written about Him was with purpose - if you read the Bible, you can find this out... Study! :) Also, there was the symbolism of how, when you are going through the storm or buffeted by temptations or persecution, the message is "be still; don't be afraid". And Jesus calms the storm. And He does! If you are suffering in temptation, you can ask and He will help! Who has been asking? I have asked, and trust me, HE HELPS! Hebrews 2:18 To say, "oh such and such, being a god, could walk on water", but with Him there is a purpose. If you think like the world, you're going to listen to the things of the world, and you're not going to hear the Message. 1 John 4:4-6

Walking on water, miraculous births, miraculous deaths miracles ad infinitum, get the attention of those needing bells and whistles, distractions from the hard work of transformation of character and behavior. Although I don't know the real objective of the very ancient religions since historical records of such no longer exist, I do know the objective of Christ was to change hearts and minds, to refine character, to recreate humanity, and to bring into being a new race of men, qualitatively different from generations before, to make the world a new world.

The specialisties of Jesus PBUH are so immense that words cannot describe it. The major differences are:
1) He PBUH was born miraculously without male intervention by the Will of Allah.
2)He PBUH rose dead to life by the will of Allah.
3)He PBUH had healing powers.
4)He PBUH will come back.
Non of the deities will be coming back, dead forever.
