How about grits? I can't stand oatmeal either, and I do love grits.

There are two ways to cook regular (not instant or "quick") oatmeal that produce very different textures. If you have only been trying instant oatmeal, try the real thing before you write it off. If you have been using regular oatmeal and don't like the texture, try cooking the other way.
The first way is to bring the water to a boil, then stir in the oats, return to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until done. This makes a kind of "flakey" texture, especially if you don't cook it too long.
The other way is to put the oats in cold water and heat on medium until it boils, reduce heat and simmer until done. This makes a "creamy" texture, especially if you cook it longer.
A variation on either method is to use milk instead of water for a creamier version.

Psyllium husk. Get at GNC or the like and mix with your favorite liquid. Drink quickly. Plenty of fiber.

I eat Farina or Malt-O-Meal (I then add sugar or jelly to it to sweeten it).
