God didn't need a child. And He never had a child. That's an invention by humans. Early Christians didn't believe Jesus was a god or a son of god but a prophet born in a miraculous way, which god is capable of doing. It's so absurd that someone should suffer and be punished and die for the sins of others. God would NOT be a just god if He did that. But even in the bible it says the son shouldnt die for the sins of his father and neither the father.... or something like that. That would be contradictory. It just doesn't make any sense that God needs to have someone -especially his son- to be killed so our sins would be forgiven. That's just..... It really shocks me that people actually believe that. All you need to know is that if you want god to forgive your sins is to stop doing bad and evil things and ask god directly to forgive you. That's logic.

'For God so loved the world He sent His only begotten son' Jesus is part of the Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Therefore He is God born in the flesh.

Satan, before he fell from heaven was God's worship leader, but his anger, hatred, bitterness and pride consumed him too much to carry on loving God. When he fell and man stupidly did what he wanted thus causing sin on earth, man could no longer come into contact with God. Jesus became the ultimate sacrifice and died for our sins and those who chose to accept Him are able to commiunicate with God personally and have eternal life.

1. Because God is a Father
2. His glory is helping his children to learn, grow, and obtain immortality and eternal life. It is not a one time thing, it's an eternal thing.
3. He loves to have children and interact with them, otherwise, eternity would be pretty limited.
4. All people are his children, including us, including Christ.
Psalms 82: 6 I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High
5. Christ is a separate person from God the Father, same as each of us are separate.

What God needed was a human being that was able to live a sinless life, and then freely sacrifice that life for the redemption of others. As he was unwilling to ask another to scarifice himself, God himself became man in the form of Jesus, and paid the price himself.

It is not that God needed a "son", it already had them in all of humanity. What he needed was a Savior. Coming as his own Son was the best way to provide that.

Why? Would you have preferred God ask you to be crucified and die instead?

JESUS was sent for our benefit......and in the beginning, before JESUS, people were not obeying GODS law....so, no worship wasnt enough... he warned them for 300 yr to change their evil ways before he wiped them out.....so, he sent JESUS to be the ultimate sacrifice of his love for us....it is true we are supposed to serve HIM, but he was also sent to serve US... i dont understand how people can be so ungrateful for what GOD has done...we are not owed anything in this life, so i dont know why these atheist go around acting like thye have been jipped of something.

Among other things, Jesus was sent to us as a Teacher, he showed us how to live life the right way, how to present ourselves to people, how to pray, how to love God, he is the greatest example of a human being that was ever born.

It was so he could show his human side, and know what it was like to feel pain and suffering. It was a way for people to be able to relate to God.

God the Son was and is in a unique relationship.
It is BECAUSE of Him that we can all be adopted as children.

No , we are NOT all God's Children.....According to Jesus some are the children of Satan.....namely, those who reject Jesus as Messiah and Son of God.

So which category does that put YOU in?
