Well, first of all Bert C.'s sandwich makes my belly hurt just thinking about it.(Ewwww) My sister and cousin eat chitlin' sandwiches. And if you don't know what they are, I'll fill you in. They are pig's intestines that have been cleaned out of all the poo and boiled in hot water until done. One of my favorites is a fried green tomato sandwich with a lil bit of hotsauce.Mmmm, good! Also, deep-fried Snicker's candy bars are good but not for those that are trying to watch what they eat

I have eating a lot of things some people might think strange but to me nothing is really strange. I will eat most anything or at least try it. Probably the strangest, and I hated it, was sea urchin. It tasted so foul. I have eaten alligator, escargot, sweet breads and brains, all are very good.
The most unique was not what we had for dinner, rabbit, but the preparation. Being a city boy everything came from the store. When I was a kid we went to visit my grandparents on the farm. One afternoon I went hunting with my granddad and got a rabbit. The unique thing about the whole experience was my holding the rabbit by the hind legs while my granddad gutted and skinned it. Then grandma took over and we had fried rabbit for dinner. And yes it tastes like chicken, doesn't everything?
