If they were baked in a metal pan, stick it in the freezer for a few minutes.
DON'T put it in the freezer if it's in Pyrex, it will shatter... and I mean SHATTER.
BTW: Don't cool them completely, warm brownies are the best kind!!!

Just take the brownies to the party and they will cool enough to eat in 30 minutes. Fresh brownies, what a treat!

Put them on a cooling rack with a fan blowing on them. I've never heard anyone complain about warm brownies though . . . some people even prefer them straight out of the oven so instantly cooling them may not be necessary.
