If you disagree with some church about this, just go to some other church.
I have seen people rabidly attack other peoples churches from both sides of this. Why must it always be a fight.
That being said, I personally believe that God gave men the Priesthood to balance giving women Motherhood. Let them have it.

In the garden the woman was tricked into eating the forbidden fruit..
The man then made a choice.
In that act man was given authority in the man-woman- GOD relationship.
But that is not what most people think it means..
It does not mean the man is in charge, it means the man is responsible.
For example.
If a man and his wife agree to buy a car and it turns out to be a bad choice. - its the mans fault.
If the man does not want a car and the woman buys it behind his back - its the mans fault.
If a man allows the wife to handle the religious raising of the kids and she does it wrong.. - its the mans fault.
Women should not USURP authority over a man.
That being said.. if no man is qualified then a qualified woman should take the role.

A woman is a temple of God, and a woman is a minister of her own body. Sure that sounds a simply sexual approach, but there's deeper meaning there than the obvious. The obvious is just a nice bonus.

ICorintians 14:33-35
33 For God is not a God of disorder but of peace. As in all the congregations of the saints,
34 women should remain silent in the churches. They are not allowed to speak, but must be in submission, as the Law says. 35 If they want to inquire about something, they should ask their own husbands at home; for it is disgraceful for a woman to speak in the church.
A woman may give a testimony in church, but may not teach men. It is considered a disgrace.

The verses in the NT say women shouldn't be preachers because of society during that time. In that time there was mainly either Judaism or Paganism. In Judaism, women weren't allowed to be ministers, but in Paganism, there were temple prostitutes... so if a woman was a minsiter in that time... most people automatically thought she had something to do with Paganism.
Now it's fine though.
