"i-mi curge" - sorry Jojo but you are wrong.
"Lacrima-mi curge" or "Lacrima imi curge" were "imi" stands for "to me" and "-" is often used in Romanian to replace a letter and to link words so that the reader should read them as one (e.g.: intr-o = into) can be translated in english as:
My tear flows
It seems like it is a poetic text. Maybe you could send the entire text so that we can translate it ... :)

Agree with Dan there. It's somewhat poetic Romanian and he's also right about the "-mi" part. So, Jojo, cred ca nu ai mai scris demult în română, aşa-i? P.S. to those of you who know Romanian culture, didn't it hit you that it might be a "manele" lyric? Hope it is not! :))
