Apparently there are those who, if they can't find a Bible verse to quote, won't even try to answer a straight forward question.

You know, you might have just stumbled onto a good question. The very idea that godhood has parameters is something that mankind has tried to do for ages...people carved idols out of the very wood that they used for fires or furniture or other everyday items. Then they carried that peice of carved wood around, prayed to it, and tried to get it to help them. The parameters that the person tried to impose were ridiculous. The very thought that God could have parameters defies the only true God. God is beyond parameters, and beyond the boxes we try to put Him in.

only God knows,all I know is He is God, and I am more concerned with the mundane things in life.He's got the big picture.
