So I used to talk to this boy online and I fell real hard for him. We lost contact and I want to find him but its been a few years and all I know is his name, his birthday, his old email address, and thats about it...what are my options?

Blue Devil - Your real quick to judge. Definitely NOT an internet predator. We talked for a long time and we became really close friends. If your not willing to give useful advice, go answer someone else's question.

Hopefully, none of that information was real... Unless he gave you permission to track him down, I'd say you sound like an internet predator.

You can do an email address search through any one of the sites offered - MSN has one under "white pages" on the startup screen. If he still has the same address it should be there. If not, since you have a name and birthday you can do a 'people search' through the same place. That's how I tracked down my x husband for child support!!! (yeah it was mean but so was he and its all public record)

There are a ton of sites that offer these services and most are free.

myspace.
alot of people have it, and theres a good chance that your loverboy has it too.
all you have to do is make a myspace account and then search for him, you can search for him by his email address.
good luck :)
