Did you smile at her? Maybe she thought you were cute and charming and she giggled because you made her feel good.
This is odd if it's happened more than once! Not sure what else it could be!

I think you're a bit self-conscious.
The lady on the bus giggled because she thought that you didn't realize you were in the handicap section of the bus.
Just remember this, some people get a kick out of getting a reaction from you. They pretend to say something secretive, look at you (or anybody) then laugh.
These people LIVE to see people uncomfortable.
Don't let them.
If you have food stuck between your teeth. Fine. You will take care of it later.
If you have a big water stain at the back of your pants, who cares? You don't. It'll dry sooner or later.

Are you sure you were on a regular bus and not a "short bus". Many people with "mental issues" or disabilities take a bus because they aren't allowed to drive a car or are on meds that make it impossible to drive a car.. Maybe the old lady was a bit senile. The other lady maybe she just liked to smile.. I'm a people person I chat with everybody and some people think that's weird.. Just try not to let it bother you.... Good luck

Usually when people smile at you, it's a good thing. Old people don't usually laugh a lot, so this may be a good thing as well.
I don't know why she was laughing, I can only speculate. Maybe she was thinking that you remind her of her grandson and she starting thinking of something funny that he did. Or maybe you remind her of a young version of her husband
As far as the married woman, she was checkin you out....

Some is smiling at you? Horrors!
Actually, you are lucky. These people like you enough to smile at you. It is a bit odd that someone would be giggling and looking at you. Maybe you reminded her of a young man she met or knew when she was younger.
Smile back and wave!
P.S. at least they aren't shaking their heads in disgust and pointing at you!

Maybe you reminded her of someone; or maybe your fly was open. An old man once was approaching me, in the parking lot of a grocery store. He had a frown on his face. As we got closer my wrap skirt blew open from the wind and exposed my brand new victoria secret, matching panty and garter set. There, where once a frown was now had a great smile, and whistle as I walked past him. Next time just smile back.

Be careful if you come across a group of old ladies - especially if you are alone. Seeing you might make them feel really horny and they might decide to carry away you to do wicked things to you. Imagine a plus size old lady sitting on your face rubbing her naughty bits all over you

Older women still admire guys, even young ones. Maybe you look like an old-time movie star or something. Next time, why don't you say, very nicely, "do I remind you of somebody?" or "Do I have something on my face?"

If it happens again, smile and say, "I'm so glad I could amuse you but, please, tell me what is so funny?" Explain this has happened before and you'd like to be in on the joke.
