I was wondering what perscription drugs were not allowed overseas. The kind of drugs I am interested in are anxiety, depression, stress, and the likes of those.

As a army medic, I can assure you that all the meds you describe can be prescribed overseas. Some of the harder drugs to get are the ones that control ADD. All narcotics are also monitered closely. Drugs like, Zoloft, Wellbuterin, Effexor, ect. can be prescribed at your nearest BAS.

If you are on those kinds of drugs, you will NOT be deploying.. in fact, you may be subject to discharge.
