It depends on how many classes you take at a time. The average student takes between 12 to 16 credits a semester and usually at least 120 credits are required to get a bachelors degree.

The norm used to be four years but if you have to work while going to school it will probably take you more. It also depends on in you go year round or not ( including summers). I know someone who graduated in three and a half.

Some High Schools now offer college credit for classes that you take in high school, which can help speed up and decrease the cost of college. I highly recommend it if your school offers it.

If you are earning it online it is a whole different ball game. They make it sound easier this way but usually these courses require more time and more homework/projects/discussions.

Just an FYI they also say that you will need to do 3 to 4 hours of homework.studying for every one credit hour you take in addition to class time. For example. If you took 12 credits one semester you should spend 12 hours in class a week plus 36 to 48 hours studying for these courses a week, which equals anywhere from 48 to 60 hours a week ( more than a full time job). Make sure you consider that when signing up for classes.

Typically, 4 years, if you go to college full-time. If you are trying to work full time and go to school part-time, that degree may take much longer to complete.

traditionally 4 years. in actuality, you would have to put in about five years, or 4 years with summers included. most schools nowadays want too many credits to be able to finish in 4 years.
