A. We didn't declare war.
B. The reasons for the Congress authorizing offensive military operations against Iraq are contained in the link provided below. It's Public Law #107-243 and was passed by the Congress in 2002. There's precious little mention of WMDs in the reasons listed in that law.
C. The "war" wasn't declared over on May 4, 2003. The banner on the flight deck island of the USS Abraham Lincoln which read "Mission Accomplished" referred to the mission of the carrier strike group which the Lincoln headed up. The only thing the President said in his address from the flight deck of that carrier was that major offensive military operations were over.

WMD are nuclear weapons or chemical and biological weapons, we have not used any of those over there.
I don't think WMD was the primary reason for war, I suspect Bush couldn't catch Osama and he felt that catching Saddam quickly would strengthen American resolve and weaken the morale of any Middle Eastern nations that opposed us by demonstrating our capabilities. At the same time, if Iraq could successfully transform into a government that was supported by America, the example could counter anti-US opinion if the Iraqi people enjoyed the treatment they were receiving under their new government.

When did we use Weapons of Mass Destruction in Iraq? We never used any Nuclear, Biological, or Chemical weapons in Iraq? Conventional explosives do not count as WMD's.

We have not used WMDs in Iraq.
We entered Iraq for a laundry list of reasons: intel that he had WMDs, violation of UN resolutions to which he was subject as part of the cease-fire (as opposed to peace treaty) that Saddam signed after we repelled him from Kuwait in 1991.

Our current policy states we will not use chemical or biological weapons at all. We can use nuclear weapons but only as a last resort. We have not used any of these weapons. To make it simple....we toppled the government and removed its leader. We are staying to create stability and ensure the government can stand on its own.
