each time i download a video from (vixy.net) the download operation...just turn off automatically in the middle of it
so i want to make (internet download manager) to download it
but how?

I thought you could just right click on what you want to download and it has that option. If that doesn't work the program itself should offer that option or they aren't on the ball. lol When you get a chance, is this video mind expanding or what?

Doing a system restore to before the time that you altered things might work, that is what it is there for. Resetting IE might work, (help or tools button then settings or something similar). Getting rid of your ad-ons might work as they can ruin IE. Try running it without ad-ons from start menu to see. Always install Windows "important" updates. You might have a virus, go into "safe mode" by pressing repeatedly whatever it tells you to do, usually F8 on boot up then select "with networking", down load "malawarebytes" and run it. In answer to your question IE comes free with all types of Windows. Most importantly don`t panic, it can only be a temporary hitch. Best of luck, Bob.
