None. I used to be a Deist. They believe that a creator god created the universe, but does not have a personal relationship with humans, does not require prayer or worship or thanks or religion.

according to Thomas Aquinas (and most medieval scholars, Christian, Muslim, Jewish) natural human reason is able to come to an understanding of God as First Cause, as you have indicated. The God revealed by Scriptures is the same God, but now giving directly data about Himself, rather than indirectly through human reason reflecting on nature (for Aristolte, metaphysics).
The connection comes in the connection the individual person makes who accepts the ability of human reason to come to these conclusions, and who accepts that the Scriptures also reveal God, directly. This person would also have to accept that truth cannot contradict truth, so the truth arrived at through philosophical reflection goes in the same direction as the truth revealed in the Scripture.
