If you lose it normally through diet and exercise you should be OK. It's easier for you to lose the weight now than it will be in 5 -10 years so keep up with it and don't get discouraged when you come to a plateau. As long as you are eating right and exercising you are making progress. Don't be afraid to reward yourself once a week with a day of rest and your favorite snack as that will give you something to look froward to every week.

that's young enough to keep the elasticity in the skin, but if it's really been stretched, it might sag. I've seen younger people lose weight and have sagging skin.
