I have modeling and acting competitions in four months (im going to IMTA), and I need to tone up. I know im at a good weight but it seems like I have fat on my stomach and on my arms, and cellulite on the back of my thighs. I need to be somewhat slim if Im gonna do a Swimwear runway competition!

why do you think you need to lose weight? 125? Yes, you will see a big difference if you lose 10-15 pounds. So will others. And they will think you are ill. You do not need to lose weight. If you feel like you are not in shape, then exercise. Stay off the scale.

two hours an afternoon is much an excessive amount of, thats what professional frame developers do, at so much a million hour an afternoon, however five days every week is exceptional. And a healthy eating plan must be no longer consuming junk meals, it must no longer be an precise vitamin like atkins (the ones are terrible for you). 10-15 kilos shall be effortless to lose this fashion via then.

Why the need to lose weight in your situation? Your weight and height sound healthy to me. I count my calories, exercise and drink lots of water to lose weight. As far as becoming a vegetarian...Do some research on it. If you chose to follow a vegetarian diet be sure you are getting enough of the essential vitamins one needs to be healthy. I have lost 90 lbs so what I am doing is obviously working. Everyone is different though. Good luck.

You're actually at a perfectly healthy weight, hon. Your BMI is 20.8, which is actually on the low end of normal weight.

* Underweight = <18.5
* Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
* Overweight = 25-29.9
* Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

If you lose any more weight, you're going to be underweight, and that's just as unhealthy as being overweight.

I really don't think you should diet whatsoever. But if you want to switch your eating habits, it will do you good to eat more vegetables, lean meats, and whole grains, regardless of what you want your weight to be.

you probably weigh exactly what you should. losing that much weight will make you look emaciated and sick. just eat right and get at least 30 minutes of exercise every day.

exercising every day, it has to be consistant. i recommend jogging, maybe just start by running 1km a day and as you get fitter work your way up. swimming will also help alot. just by doing a couple of laps of the pool. appropriate diet, not much junk food (chocolate, chips, lollies)
hopefully this helps you, ♥
