I am looking for the best dry rub one for a beef tenderloin and another for pork ribs

Memphis Rub
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup paprika
1 tablespoon packed dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon white sugar
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons monosodium glutamate (MSG)
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
DIRECTIONS:
In a small airtight container, mix paprika, dark brown sugar, white sugar, salt, monosodium glutamate, celery salt, ground black pepper, cayenne pepper, dry mustard, garlic powder and onion powder. Seal and store in a cool dark place until ready for use.

***Excellent rub that can be used on any meat!!! ENJOY!!!

Famous Dave's Rib Rub

1 cup Brown sugar, light
1/2 cup Kosher (coarse) salt
6 tablespoons Sugar
1/4 cup Garlic powder
2 tablespoons Chili powder
2 tablespoons Lemon pepper
2 tablespoons Onion salt
2 tablespoons Celery salt
1 tablespoon Black pepper, coarsely ground
1 tablespoon Celery seed
1/2 teaspoon Clove
1/2 tablespoon Cayenne pepper
1/4 cup Mrs. Dash, original blend
2 tablespoons Salt
Combine all.


This will make about 3 cups.

Here is the best I have ever had for pork ribs -
1 part brown sugar
1 part salt
1 part pepper
1 part paprika

mix together and put it on the meet for about 10-15 minutes before grilling.

I fool around with my own dry ingredients but when I want something fast I buy Emeril Lagasse's Bayou Blast. It's real favorful and quick.
