Before you dig in deep, take some time to review the steps, procedures, and paperwork involved. The absolute best compendium of information on how to start and efficiently run and fund a nonprofit organization is located at the Foundation Center website.
You can start with the Foundation Center's "Establishing a Nonprofit Organization" online tutorial. This tutorial describes 12 tasks that need to be accomplished during the process of establishing a nonprofit organization, including board development, creating bylaws, filing for federal tax exemption, recruiting staff, and developing an overall fundraising plan.

I also recommend browsing their FAQs (frequently asked questions) for even more information

Hire an attorney... Talk to another charity that you respect to get the names of attorneys with experience in this area. There are different kinds of nonprofits. If donations are to be tax write offs you need to have a board of directors. In other words, you will lose some control of the organization. You will need to draft a charter document that explains the purpose of the organization, hopefully in conjunction with your board of directors.
An attorney can run you through the options and draw up the proper paperwork for you. You will want to find a book keeper who has experience with nonprofits and can work for you on a part-time basis along with other clients.

I suppose it could be bigger to method already present firms that paintings with youngsters and advise elevating cash for a function to train youngsters economic leadership and entrepreneurship. Those techniques exist already in the market, relying on wherein you reside. It's plenty simpler to elevate cash for a brand new application at an centered institution than it's to create an utterly new nonprofit.
