i have a little jiggly fat on my arm and i want to get rid it! but without lifting weights because i dont have any. whats the easiest but fast way??

Push ups will help to tone the muscles on your arms hence they won't be that wobbly!
Also, regular arm exercises do help too....

don't worry just lift weight ever day i say 7 pounds do some pyrimads

You need to do cardiac, aerobic exercise to burn the fat off.

do yoga its relaxing and u get rid of arm fat....

push ups, and you can use anything as a weight..or just go out and buy a cheap 5 lb dumbell from wal mart. geeze.
