You already know the answer to that....you have to get married to someone who has citizenship in America or is native born and then that person has to file for his or her spouse to come over. (this is a sure way)
Another way is to claim someone as you sister or cousin or just have a legit reason for bringing that person over.

In the USA, the easiest way is to marry a citizen. You can get divorced after 2 years if it doesn't work out and still keep your new citizenship.
