Space shuttles and other rockets leaving earth's atmosphere have no impact on climate change by "breaking atmospheric layers." The increase in temperatures over the last century or so correlate directly to an increase in the sun's output following several centuries of cooling caused by a reduction in the sun's output.

The liquid propellant emits only water vapor - very little effect. Solid propellants on the other hand, emits tons of chlorine which is highly destructive of the ozone layer, at least theoretically. There may or may not be a significant climate change component linked to ozone depletion. The IPCC says it does, but I kind of doubt it.
