Caveat: I am not a JAG officer or even a civillian lawyer. You are WAY better off asking someone in a position to know for certain than asking random people at Yahoo, but since you asked ...
The may simply discharge you, citing Failure to Adapt. If you managed to get an Article 15 and 2 AWOLs within two days of training, then you aren't likely to be worth the risk of sending you into a hostile environment, or even to the rifle range for that matter.
Many Basic Combat Training Company Commanders would keep you for eight of your nine weeks, then begin the seperation paperwork. Once you arrive, seek legal counsel from an appointed JAG officer, and talk to your Chaplain.

The truth is this, you refuse to train you are disobeying a direct order, and yes you can go to jail for all the things you have said, including desertion which is punishable by death. If you do not finish basic and your enlistment, your bonus will be taken, and if you are going awol again, or just want out, it will be a bad conduct discharge, meaning it'll be hard to get a job. I know many people have went this route and are now having a hard time getting jobs, because that messes up so much more than you know. Also, the outprocessing may take a while, and you'll be on extra duty the whole time your there, as not to put thoughts into the heads of others, so mowing grass, picking up rocks, sweeping. If you got a bonus be prepaired to give it back, and if you don't, expect not to see your tax dollars for a few years. I hope this explains what your questions are, but if I may, after basic and AIT the military is a wonder place, and has alot to offer.

when i was at boot camp, during 3rd phase, a recruit in the middle of a hump ( long march with all your gear ) stopped and refused to train. The MPs came and arrested her. Not sure exactly how long she was held but she was processed for discharge.
Since you are still at boot camp i don't think its too likely they will send you to the brig, you'll probably just get processed out but with 2 AWOLs and an art 15 maybe you'll get both. Better get a lawyer, the military is pissed and you stand no chance without some help.

2 AWOLS? 2 days? and article 15.hmmm first off I'm not going to bash you... the military isn't for everyone... but i will say you sure got yourself a situation going they will let you go and you might get a bad conduct discharge but then again you might get an entry level discharge ( can not adapt to military life) but the proses can take up to 60 days or as little as 3 weeks it depends on how bad they want you out... now as for you refusing to train that falls under malingering and that can get you jail time. i went threw basic it wasn't so bad. if you wanted to get out just fail pt test . ...id like to know how you got 2 AWOLS in 2 days an AWOL takes affect 24 hours after you leave.

If this is a serious question why not just do a search on UCMJ and see for yourself?
I am much more interested how you went AWOL twice and Art. 15 in 2 days.
Not sure they are going easy on that kind of thing at this point. So the potential out process time could exceed 120 days.
If you are Anti-Military why would you have enlisted?
or
Are you just trying to see what kind of angry responses you can get???

you're screwed. once you graduate from boot camp you're offically interior the army and that they could do something they desire to to you. you're dealing with an different than Honorable discharge plus you will lose pay, be positioned on restrict, be busted down in paygrade in case you have any and in case you refuse to positioned on a uniform they are going to upload some extra costs to your AWOL. in case you stay an entire toddler they are going to keep you on the brig in the process the entire technique. stay long previous for 2 extra weeks and you would be a deserter it is an extremely great cost on the grounds that we are at the instant at warfare. you're additionally dealing with fraudulent enlistment costs by way of fact the army did no longer make you wack interior the pinnacle. you would be punished FIRST and in the event that they sense like it they could discharge you yet your little stunt merely shows you're somewhat one and not lots else. you're able to desire to be left to stay in and get crapped up in case you do no longer develop up any. you think of you will get a manner with disobeying direct orders. you're able to desire to develop up. Any interest you have as an grownup has rules and standards. save this up and you isn't looking a solid interest everywhere. in case you get kicked out you are able to now't even artwork at McDonald's, Subway, Taco Bell, Dunkin Dounuts or the different company interior the US that does any company with the federal government. develop up, bypass back and suck it up and need they enable you reside in.

Hopefully a long and hard discharge. I am not bashing the anti military but you should not have wasted our time. The time spent outprocessing and babysitting you could have been spent on other soldiers who want to train. Nobody forced you to join. I hope the best for you and just because the job is hard later in life and requires discipline, dont quit.

Why did you join in the first place? You went over the hill after being in only 2 days? Sounds like joining the Army was a bad decision on your part if you only lasted 2 days. You could qualify for an Entry Level Separation, provided you don't get into more trouble than you're in now.

Why the hell did you join if you're "anti-Military"? That makes NO sense what-so-ever. As to your question; they don't want you there any more than you want to be there...you're wasting their time; but it's still going to take awhile to be out processed. My husband has had to start paperwork to out process a few of his soldiers in the past and it's always taken a bit of time. In the mean time, do you think you could at least have the decency NOT to make a pain in the a** of yourself so they can spend time worrying about the soldiers who actually DO want to be there and NEED to be training?

I think they're going to take their sweet time out-processing you. And I think they're going to see to it that you serve out your time for both of your AWOLs and your Article 15.
I guess the amount of time will depend on the sentencing for all of those charges. The issue is going to be whether or not you want out or not. It seems like you do, which leaves the military with the decision to dishonorably discharge you.
Either way, like you said, they are going to make your life hell for as long as they can.
