I cook Italian spaghetti, pasta and bolognese sauces well and consequently lasagna.
trying to get to grips with curries. indian ones are fine with tomatoes but the trickier gravy based /chinese/japanese ones are very tricky and take a lot of practice to get them right. like the ones from the takeaway. eating it now actually and this is def my best attempt. but i cheated using stock cubes.

Well, I don't know about "cooking" but the best thing I bake are my mom's brownies. They're all chocolate, all the time, and amazing!

My husband swears by my homemade enchiladas. Literally, I make the tortillas, the mix, the mole', everything. And my crab or lobster chowder. And my gravy. No lumps.
At least this is what he begs me to make a lot!

When I ask my family(15 strong)what they want me to cook they say the same thing all the time.Gumbo,potato salad,rice and sweet tea.I enjoy putting it together for them....
