since there is still leakage even if you pull out, there's got to be a risk for any type of STD, and also pregnancy. Use a condom to be safe.

u better kept da condom on, u never know whats out there like aids, R u willing to risk your life or your penis over some azz, put the hat on and kept it on.... herpes,craps, thats nasty and if u tell a gurl dat u have dat, u will never get no more azz.

You can catch everything and anything and not only that...if you pull out you can still get somebody preggo on pre-c*m.
