Yes! Especially on busy roads because if I knew they are gonna turn where I am, I could go. I turned 16 in June, so I'm still kind of new to the whole driving thing (But I got my Permit July '06 when I was 15. I live in Vermont so you can do that). If it's on a dirt road and NO ONE is around, I might not do my turn signal. But, It's such habit now that I do it JUST to go into my driveway! And I live on a dirt road that prob has 20 cars go down it a day XP
So, in all, yes it drives me crazy when I'm in populated areas. It's not hard to do, and it's just common curtasey.

Yes. In fact, when I lived in Virginia it was so bad that I began to believe that turn signals were optional equipment on cars sold in VA.

at a similar time as the two are traumatic, in basic terms one is illegitimate. the only which does not sign. I lived in Floida for 11 years and have been given used to following automobiles with the left turn sign flashing forever.

Right along with those that ride with their foot on the brake, blocking two lanes at a red light because they are not sure where they are going, making a complete stop before turning into a driveway, fog lights on at night along with the headlights,,,,,,, I could go on a long time.

that's only one , how about using their cell phone while making a turn !, driving so close that I can actually smell what deodorant their wearing !, driving a car way too big for them (makes them unable to see over the steering wheel ?) many more..

Of course they do. It's called a law, but it shocks me how many people don't use thier indicators.
But, I get back at them. If they don't use their indicator in front of me, I just blast them with my high beams. I do all my driving when it's dark so it's awesomely effective.

Yes espically on the highway.
i dont know if they are going to go into the other lane or not.
people who dont use their blinkers are creating danger for others.
