Fellow environmentalists,

I humbly suggest that no real work in any sphere can be done while the judiciary are in the hands of the mob. And I humbly suggest that the adage: absolute power corrupts absolutely actually does apply to US courts. But I add that the conservatives have indeed for decades empowered the courts to lie cheat and steal and hide the effects in private(ized) basement prisons through utter lack of current case law insisting on accountability (other than when tax money is spent) or jury trial rights other than rhetorical - it is illegal for them to 'upset children' by telling us there is a feud on against "liberals" by statutory law even as long as they phrase their attacks on said liberals as " child protection" - again by current case law the only legal requirement is to inform the rest of government when and if there must be an outlay of tax monies to house prisoners 'new facilities to ease overcrowding', yet forced labor camps don't charge us, but sell labor.

We simply cannot know how many persons, treehuggers and such, are in "private prison" right now in someone's basement. We cannot know what tortures the courts have ordered up as "legal psychological treatment" for such persons.

We can know it is legal to rape by proxy with an AIDS carrier a person labeled mentally ill. Many psychiatric drugs induce a state similar to that of date rape drugs ("alter libido" as your physicians desk reference will state).

It is legal therefore to move the person to a prison drug to alter libido and house with the dying, at forced labor.
We can know it is legal to jail anyone convicted of child support enforcement violations. But these "hearings" are secret, by statute. The statute ordered 'remedy' is jail without a trial, without a phone call, without a lawyer, without appeal (why? because it's statutorily "contempt of court" and the phone call and lawyer and appeal in civil court is a billable expense but by statute child support is payed first)!

I further report that there is more precedence in US law for this mistreatment of prisoners than for fair treatment, constitutional treatment, of prisoners. JFK found and published that for 160+ years it was OK to jail someone for a civil crime in the USA without a civil trial and that on average these "prisoners" were charged with vagrancy and killed by labor camps by forced labor without adequate care within two years. Though the courts could not jail but for six months a scarce few made it out alive as their jailers could simply state for profit and security that the prisoner hadn't worked hard enough. These camps were usually run for the private profits of public officials and their families. Sound like GWB? It is, he instituted chain gangs in the USA, I firmly believe, on or about 1980 in TEXAS while governor there! Nobody did that sort of thing in the USA post Johnson, as they were too embarrassed. Reagan removed the right of free press (speech) by removing the fairness doctrine!

Prior to 1961 these were the majority of prisoners in at least some parts of the USA! And they never got a trial fair or otherwise! JFK's study proved that these prisoners usually either escaped or died and the vast majority of US citizens did not know or care of them. Even when they did escape to "free" states they were sent back if caught.

Fellow tree huggers you are not "normal" as defined by conservatives. You face this same fate if you do not fight this "legal maneuvering" (treason).

Even in "liberal" places, this is too much power for any court. Would you like to need to "discover" (without real powers to investigate) why Mr. x raped his kids? (Was it corporate insistence on lining the county with divorce attorneys that take out all potentially sexually active opponents with the guy in the crowd he hired as an 'investigator', who just happens to use date rape drugs to 'investigate' if the opposition has lust in the heart for the pretty AIDS case he employs? You know, mom?)

Once jailed, few judge bother to know what happens to a prisoner. Even a liberal judge might loose a guy to a private prison as a gimp "working off the bill to society for his liberal attitudes" as a sex worker.

Sure, thats mean. But mobs are mean, no?

We had labor prisons for 160+ years. Slaves are no substitute for Professional road crews. Note your infastructure is falling down.

You want solar power. The Pres. wants to profit from oil sales. He arrests or hobbles the patent rights of "Liberals" that think like you, and calls this "child protection". You responce: "We" use prisoners for solar power! They were arrested for thinking green in the first place, not rape.

The state forcibly drugs quite a few people with drugs that are not unlike date rape drugs. They call the effect of such drugs "altering libido" - look it up.

Then they arrest the Liberal for being doped. And you pat them on the back and say thank God you were there to protect us from them!

Then they sell you oil.

But you say: why not use those prisoners to work for free and make solar power? Well, for one thing you put into office organized criminals that frame people for rape simply for thinking about solar power! For God's sake wake up!

If conservatives had their way the Wright Bros. would never have flown (nor would you have). If conservatives had their way Henry Ford would never have built the model T (they sued him on behalf of the buggy whip manufacturers and other vested interests! As they did the Wright brothers).

Vested interests are very persuasive. Especially when you say if you date rape drug a person it waves that victims right to a jury trial, or press!

I like this video. My favorite line is, "We are all completely insane, every single one of us." I think that tells the story. Everyone ducks the blame game. It's a sick game. The responsibility to take charge is for the responsible. People have to have the same spirit which started the country in the first place, "If it's to be done we, I, must do it." People don't realize that they are asleep, a sleeping giant. Gober-ment doesn't have the power of the brains. In these videos I see some hope.

First of all, your questions or concerns don't have anything to do with conservatioin of the environment. What happens to prisoners behind bars is of no consequence to the condition of the Planet except to make it safer to walk the streets without getting killed, and not living our lives in fear. Once someone has killed, to me he know longer exists. As for the past behavior of the judgicial system, you can't change what's already occurred, but learn from our mistakes. I say put them all on a chain gang , an paid labor force(all payment going to their room and board instead of it coming from the taxpayers pockets) and use them to build solar energy sources and windmill systems to run our country on, saving our natural resources from further destruction and making them give back life where they took it away. Let them build the new bridges needed, and the new dams and levee systems, and plant huge organic gardens, to feed the masses healthy food. I am not concerned with their comfort, treatment, or well being, as they willingly committed the crimes that got them where they are. Maybe by sweat equity, they can attone for some of their sins and make good with God ,before their time comes .
