It's probably a really strange way of asking you to have sex. Except for archaic bible speak I have never heard anyone use a phrase like that.

It depends...but usually it means that he wants you to lay next to him on the bed so he can try to have sex with you. Just a nicer way of saying he wants to f*ck. There are a few guys out there who really do just want to lay down next to you.

If a guy asked would you lay with me, it really means would you have sex with him. Don't go with this guy it is probably 95 percent that he is just using you.

well it just depends on the guy;;and to what do you want to do when you lay with him. cause afer lay comes kissing and touching most of the time and if you lay long enough it can turn into some sex also...it all just depends on what you want to happen...so go lay and see what happens.

it probably means that he just wan'ts to spend time with you. Possibly initiate sex. My gf and I lay together all the time but about 10 minutes later, we are making out.
