use tea tree oil.
i have used proactive, it didn't work.
i have used Clearasil, it didn't work.
i have used so many creams, and masks, and scrubs, and everything, and it never worked.
i went to the drugstore and read the backs of the bottles of things i had already used, and they all contained either benzoyl peroxide(proactive) or salicylic acid.
so then i looked at things i hadnt used, trying to find a different active ingredient, and those were all i could find.
so i decided to go the natural route, which is the way i tend to do things anyway, and it works amazing.
i use jason tea tree oil, but any tea tree oil is fine.
i just put it onto my face before i go to bed and let it dry, and when i wake up i wash my face like normal.
it smells a bit strong, but once its dry the smell goes away a lot.
i really noticed a difference using it the next morning, and i sometimes put it on throughout the day in particular problem areas.
it really works well, and it isnt very expensive, its about 11 dollars for a 1 oz bottle, which i'd normally say is very steep, but it lasts a VERY long time!
and it even though its oil, it doesnt make your skin oily, and it doesnt dry it out either.
it works because it has a natural chemical in it that has anti bacterial properties. you can also use it to clean out small cuts or scratches.
it is really good for your skin and it works well. within about a week almost all of my pimples were gone, and all of the big noticeable ones were!

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.
The secret is never to touch the spots

Here are some tips:
~ drink lots of water
~ get plenty of sleep
~ exercise for 20-30 minutes 4 times (or more) a week
For your skincare routine, steam your face for 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes at night. This is very good for your skin. Place a towel over your head and place your face over a pot of boiling water. Sounds kinda silly, but it really does work to remove toxins and it opens up your pores. After you steam, wash your face with a deep pore cleanser. A good scrub is baking soda - rub it in a circular motion on your face for 30 seconds every other day before you cleanse.
Good luck!

Wash your face 2x/day w/lukewarm water & mild liquid soap. No harsh scrubs or scented stuff. Dab benzoyl peroxide gel or cream on pimples to dry them out quick. I've known lots of people who dab it on thick and wake the next morning w/pimple gone. Caution, do not use on entire face as it will overdry skin and cause excessive peeling. In the long run you may consider a dermatologist (if acne becomes severe) to prevent scarring.

Honey is a natural antiseptic and antibacterial and makes a good cleanser for oily and blemished skin. It is a very good natural acne treatment. Honey also contains natural anti-oxidants and it helps the skin to retain moisture.

I would use a gentle cleanser like Cetaphil for oily skin on your face 2x a day and use witch hazel as a toner as well.. Exfoliate with baking soda once a week.. Use a moisturizer for oily skin... That should help....

acne pimples are from over active sebaceous glands. not eating fried foods can help. gently squeeze the black head out dab with alcohol on a cotton ball and wipe oily area then dab a cotton ball in peroxide and wipe area to dry out and prevent infection.
