No, you need a visa, unless you have full Canadian Citizenship.

You will need to apply for a visa to visit the U.S. See website below and scroll down the the section with the red print . You can go to 2nd website and look on the left for list of U.S. consulates in Canada. yu will need to contact a consulate and make an appointment for a visa interview.
